Eligibility

Any two Ping Pong players can register a team.
The rating sum of two players cannot exceed 3700. If a player has both USATT tournament rating and league rating, Max(USATT Tournament Rating, USATT Leagure Rating) if both are within recent 3 yeras. Otherwise, use the most recent. Rating cut off date is 5/3/2018. Organizers can assign a rating to unrated players, or request unrated players to submit professional coach’s letter.

Organizers reserve the right to approve players’ rating and eligibility.
Tournament size limits to 42 teams

U3700 is divided into a preliminary phase and a final phase.
In the preliminary phase, teams are randomly drew into groups and play round robin. （Please specify your availability when you register. Organizer will try to consider it) Each group contains around 5 teams and top 2 teams can advance to final round. All the rest teams may register for lost pearl events to qualify for the rest final spots.
Top 16 teams will play group round robin and determine top 8 teams. After that, play single elimination to the end.
A team match consists of 2 single matches and 1 double match. A match is best of 5 games, 11 points per game.
A female player is eligible for a 2 point handicap in each game when playing against a male player. Mixed doubles or women’s doubles is eligible for a 2 point handicap in each game when playing against men’s doubles.
Organizers reserve the right to adjust the group drawing result.
